API V2 Release (2018)
For the Zoho CRM, converted all the existing APIs to the proper REST standard APIs. Code has been revamped to the new structs based model from the servlet model and released it. Because of this, CRM's partner/developers can make use of API in the industry followed REST API standards and OAuth2.0 protocol (given from IAM team). Scaled to enable the customers to make many API calls.

8000+ CRM organisations and third party vendors were using our old APIs. The code changes from older version to newer version was so huge. Over the period of next 2 years, we co-ordinated with all customers and helped them migrate.

Mentioned in top 15 popular APIs, according to Postman API Collection fork. Published in Times of India, 24th Aug 2022 daily paper. E-Paper (Page 25/30).

Zoho CRM - Zoho Finance Suite Integration (2015)
It was the first major project given to me. The integration has to be established between Zoho CRM and Zoho Books, Expense, Invoices. It should enable the 2-way data sync between both the products. Create proper reports and dashboard inside Zoho CRM with the Zoho Finance's data.

Customer code in single transaction
Executing the customer's own code in a docker container. It enables the customers to achieve their custom business usecase in a single transaction, which is not possible via normal APIs. But it was dropped due to restrictions of the database transaction hold and thread holding. Instead, we went forward to the simple usecase of executing multiple APIs in single transaction.
