For the Zoho CRM, converted all the existing APIs to the proper REST standard APIs. Code has been revamped to the new structs based model
from the servlet model and released it.
Because of this, CRM's partner/developers can make use of API in the industry followed REST API standards and OAuth2.0 protocol (given from IAM team).
Scaled to enable the customers to make many API calls.
8000+ CRM organisations and third party vendors were using our old APIs. The code changes from older version to newer version was so huge.
Over the period of next 2 years, we co-ordinated with all customers and helped them migrate.
Mentioned in top 15 popular APIs, according to Postman API Collection fork. Published in Times of India, 24th Aug 2022 daily paper.
